Theatrologist, pedagogue and director. He studied psychology, aesthetics and theater studies in Prague and Bratislava. He co-founded the M.U.T. Theater in Prague and the Bratislava Tucet platform focused on auteur theater. He worked as the artistic director of Studio 12, is a member of the dramaturgical board of the International Festival Divadelná Nitra, a dramaturg in Slovak Radio and teaches at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He is the author of many theater, radio and television screenplays. In his texts he develops the methods of documentary theater and works with oral histories and authentic statements. In his theoretical works, he focuses on contemporary theater, drama and performance.
