Upon arrival at JAMA, please register at the available locations.
The JAMA program takes place partly at easily accessible locations and partly off the beaten path, with not all movements publicly disclosed in the program in advance. Those of you who cannot be with us from the beginning can join us at the following coordinates:
FRIDAY, October 11
17:30 – 19:30 at Parter BSC (visitor registration)
19:30 – 19:45 at the Evangelical Church (visitor registration)
Access to the church will not be possible during the EnsembleSpectrum concert.
From 21:45 at Art Café
SATURDAY, October 12
08:30 – 08:45 and 10:00 – 10:45 at Samuel Mikovíni Unified School, Botanical Garden (visitor registration)
Access to the school will not be possible during the Catherine Lamb concert (8:45 AM – 9:30 AM).
11:45 – 13:45 at Hájovňa KTC (registration for latecomers)
18:45 – 20:45 at Vilabela
After 21:00 at Krčma u Miša

As every year, it’s best if you join us from the beginning (Friday from 17:30) and continue with the group. It’s like a nice skiing trip, only better.

PARKING:
We recommend arriving without a car or leaving your car at your accommodation.
Parking is not allowed at most JAMA 78 locations; some are completely inaccessible by car. In Banská Štiavnica, parking is only available at designated parking lots and is paid. Street parking (except for residents) is not allowed.
Parter BSC: No parking on-site. Park at nearby designated parking lots on Akademická or Pri starom ihrisku on Mládežnícka.
Evangelical Church: No parking on-site. The nearest parking is at Nový zámok.
Art Café: No parking on-site. The nearest parking is at Akademická.
Samuel Mikovíni Unified School: No parking on-site. Park on Akademická.
Hájovňa KTC: Limited on-site parking capacity.
Vilabela: Limited on-site parking capacity.
Mišo’s Pub: We recommend not driving, wink wink.

Morning coffee and snacks at Unified School, bar, coffee, and light snacks at Hájovňa, communal dinner and drinks at Vilabela, bar at Krčma u Miša.
SUNDAY:
Author’s breakfast snacks at the vernissage in Parter BSC.
PLEASE PACK:
ESSENTIALS: Raincoats, waterproof hiking shoes, comfortable warm clothing, drinking water, and if you are big eaters – food. A large part of the program takes place outdoors and as part of excursions in all weather, except for extreme conditions.
RECOMMENDED: Swimsuits and towels (for the summer festival part), headlamps, knives, and bags for mushrooms, jingle bells, and other noise-makers – they might get used in the program!
GOOD TO KNOW:
Taking part in JAMA 78 is at your own risk. By participating in the event, you acknowledge this fact.
Transfers between programs will occur on foot this year, in all weather except in extreme conditions.
The program runs all day on Saturday from morning until evening.
In case of adverse forecasts, we will announce an alternative plan in advance.
