Anna Čonková is a graduate of acting and alternative puppet theater at DAMU Prague. She has worked in various stone and alternative theaters in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Since 2015, she has been developing her music platform Stavros Papadopulos, which explores the human voice in various subject-object constellations. She met Milan Adamčiak thanks to Daniel Matej, which resulted in further collaborations based on Milan’s work. She performed her sound poetry, for example, together with the Cluster ensemble in 2017 at the Vienna MUMOK as part of the Dots.Lines.Shapes project dedicated to the graphic scores of Milan Adamčiak. At JAMA, she will present an interpretation of sound poetry by Milan Adamčiak, prepared in collaboration with a choir of local volunteers.
