George Cremaschi and Petr Vrba are active partakers of the Prague improvisation scene, where they not only perform, but also organize concerts, workshops, happenings, festivals and such. Both are active in international groups and have released albums around the world. Together they founded several improvisational groups, among them – in addition to Los Amargados – e.g. renowned Prague improvisation orchestra. They are obsessed with assembling, layering and subsequently demolishing detailed sound structures. They use ordinary sounds: mechanical rattling, squeaking, creaking, reverberation, bubbling, roaring, electronic buzzing and sometimes “regular” tones.
